Next's year's Linguistic Institute offered by the Linguistic Society of America is being held at the University of California, Davis, from June 24 through July 19, 2019. Marisa Brook (faculty) and Emily Blamire (Ph.D.) are jointly teaching 'Topics in Sociolinguistics and Computer-Mediated Communication'.
