Congratulations, Catherine!

Catherine Macdonald (Ph.D. 2014) has recently begun working at the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO), a non-profit organization which serves as a network, resource and advocate for interprofessional primary health teams in Ontario. In her role as Program Assistant, Improvement Programs, she provides administrative, project-management and communications support to the Quality Improvement Decision Support and the Governance and Leadership teams. The purpose of these programs is to help health teams make evidence-based programming decisions and deliver sustainable, patient-centred care; Catherine is proud and excited to support their work.
